啟用 No Fail Mod 後，即使玩家的血條歸零，仍不會強制終止遊戲 (失敗)。但是，如果玩家完全沒有獲得任何分數，結束後依舊會算為失敗。
從 2021 年 1 月 16 日開始，啟用 No Fail 後， pp 值會受遊戲中的 Miss 數影響，pp 值加乘起始值為 1.0 倍 (100%)，每 miss 一次，將減少 0.02 倍 (0.5%)，最多扣到 0.9 倍 (90%)。
此 Mod 在四種遊戲模式的效果都相同。
