The program is under testing, use at your own risk
Installation:
- install lua for windows (https://code.google.com/archive/p/luaforwindows/s)
- program and extract it somewhere (for example: D:\omtrc\)
- go to extracted folder and run configure.lua (it creates shell.bat and install.reg)
- run install.reg to add omtrc item to the context menu for *.osu files
Using:
- open beatmap's folder
- right-click on the beatmap and click on omtrc
- enter time rate in opened window and press enter
- wait until the program finishes work and prompts you to exit
