Problem Details:
When in multiplayer mode, using the osu!direct side produces terrible audio (and low volume)

it happens to me too when osu!direct is trying to force the demo over the current song

Confirming this. This used to not happen a while back. (I think it used to pause the currently playing song and just play the one previewing in osu!direct instead. It now seems to try to play both at once, causing the terrible audio.)

This doesn't only happen in multiplayer though so I'm changing the thread subject/title slightly.
