Problem Details:

This is an incredibly minor issue
As you can see, the points of failure are cut off
I'm not sure if it happens only on mobile/tablet, as I can't see it now for pc

Actually, it has 5 points of failure, and the graph has 5 bars, so, I guess there is nothing wrong here.

Ok... Then I guess it happens because the graph bars reach the top value and that seems to be a bit broken. But yep, I guess it's a really minor issue.
