I know there's been many posts about this, but I genuinely cannot fix this problem.
My tablet is a Ugee s640, I've been playing with raw input enabled just fine until today.
I'm genuinely stressing as I can't play with 1x sensitivity and I physically cannot even fix my 'work area' on the tablet drivers.

If anyone knows how to help PLEASE reply I'm desperate.

May you tell us what exactly is the issue without raw input? Why can't you adjust your tablet area in driver?
