not getting pp

i recently played Kimi no Hana (TV size) by Oku Hanako check my profile
and i should have gotten 149 pp but i didn't get anything why does it say 149 when i don't get that amount?
and that 149 pp was weighted so i should have gotten 149 but i didn't?

The score pushes down all the other scores below it, so they get weighted for less and the net gain is lower.
