Personally I feel so happy because of the announcements of Layton, Silksongs and Deltarune

No NS2 price reveal is a complete wtf but i heard that some places have pre-orders for 450 US$ - IMO not a bad price, especially somehow THIS BRICK S 4K?! i still use 1080p on my 27 inch PC monitor, I swear if anybody will complain about the screen the console has...

I very much don't like how they listed that the joystick are bigger like its some super new, original and interesting thing, like, that's it? no info if this time the controllers won't be known for constantly getting drift, no info, nothing? thats it? really?



also coming back to the 80$ mario kart - this is very bad for our future IMO
As much as i can see it being a super big game with what they already shown us and much more yet to see this price is insane.
Now more studios, no matter the quality of the game, will push the price forward because the new limit is basically set. they can now charge 80$ and in some time people will not care, AKA the same thing that happened to the 70$ pricepoint, which even tho still disliked is now somewhat acceptable if you say that "my game has the most realistic graphics you've ever seen!" even tho the game runs at 10fps 1080p with low settings.

Meh, I'd buy Switch 2 over Deck with those specs (120Hz 1080p VRR tab and 4K@60 dock)

I'm curious how the joysticks are; if it's a thin-package thing with similar graphite drift like Switch 1, I'm not sure I'd buy a Switch 2 long-term.

Even considering inflation, the overwhelming opinion is that game prices have become too expensive. some people say that the console price is not the worst considering its good performance.
but from an objective point of view, both are considerably more expensive. Especially the game price is REALLY serious.

in my region(South Korea) Switch 2 is 648,000won (about 445$), and the game price is 98,000won (about 67$, MKWorld based)
It still seems like a good idea to stay on NS1.

Thanks to the tariffs, there is a chance in the US the price will be over 500$ for the console itself.

Also, its not like only the Switch 2 will get affected by this. Good luck out there.

I don't know how it being online would really give a point to free roam, I think it's just a neat little feature, as a kid when I played mario kart wii I liked exploring the tracks even if there was nothing, I guess free roam was made for people like me when I was a kid in mind.

Something like nfs carbon, where you can challenge people online in free roam, then one of them sets a finish line and both the racers got to get there one way or another. (meaning no track limits.)

I agree, and the 'physical' games that now are just a license to the game. 90€ for Mario Kart is crazy.
