Take in mind, Malta contributes only slightly more than 1/20000 of the world population, so it would be fair to expect #1 MT to be around that rank (maybe a bit higher since it's a first world country where everyone has internet access and can afford a decent setup), but we have four (almost five) 4 digits!

About your German server suggestion, I do want to keep the servers as official as possible, I don't wanna add every little sub-server, this one literally has 4x fewer than the one listed unless there is a good reason of why your suggested server would be better.

The server you listed for Estonia is a smaller general rhythm games server (BEMANI, SEGA rhythm games, etc). There are also bigger servers that focus on osu!: osu!Eestis 363 and Osu!catch Eesti 31 for example (there are also probably servers for the other 2 modes).
Idk if osu!Eestis is private, but I it was hard to find the link and I was only invited there privately. Osu!catch Eesti has a link to it on my profile.

A little bit more interested in the first one you mentioned, I am NOT gonna be searching for and adding every gamemode as well :skull:

The current linked one is pretty much dead. The one I linked would be active community s, also a lot of internal stuff happening on there if you are a regular contributor for german translations for example, updates for meetups, getting in touch with German-speaking team if needed.
