Hello there, as announced in the discord server:
Upon evaluating the No Double Pick and Double Ban rule in the later rounds, we have come to realize that this can result in a stalemate situation. In order to prevent this, we have decided that from Quarterfinals onwards, Double Picking is allowed.

In the situation where both players decide to ban twice from the No Mod pool, it's not possible to finish the match, since there will be no map left to pick in the modded pool. For obvious reasons, this is an undesirable scenario. To illustrate, please see the example scenario below:

We're in quarterfinals (Best of 11):
Player A bans NM1
Player B bans NM2
Player A bans NM3
Player B bans NM4
Now, this leaves us with only NM5 in the No Mod pool. We will assume that all players win their own pick going forward.
Each player picks 1 of the HD maps.
Each player picks 1 of the HR maps.
Each player picks 1 of the DT maps.
Only 1 pickable map remains, NM5.
The score is now 3-4 for Player B, however, since it's Best of 11, there is no winner yet. That said, no player can pick any map anymore, because everything is either banned or it would result in a double-pick.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is imperative that we make this change in order to avoid the unwanted outcome of a stalemate
