i feel like i am stuck at the moment because i use my right hand too much, im trying to learn to fully alternate as many 3 notes long pattern as possible but it is hard. also should i try to not use only one hand when playing the slower parts of a song?

i use both hands in slow parts of songs, but occasionally i use one hand
my right hand is stronger than my left hand so there's not much difference

I think playing on arcade or with a tatacon helps a lot with alternating triplets and longer quick rhythms, as you only have two drumsticks in contrast to the four fingers on keyboard, and playing patterns like dkd or kdk is no longer easy with only a single hand.
