Not to ruin the atmosphere but some of the mentioned visual novels here are actually eroge......

By the way, my recommendations are all relaxing so don't expect any exciting choices from me. I hope you have headphones ready, especially if they're Sennheiser or Audio-Technica or any equivalent great brands. Or if you're really a masochist or something, like me, I hope you have Tetris Effect ready.
