https://osu-ppy-sh.cinevost.com/b/19363 - shows the same but only on the novid link.
https://osu-ppy-sh.cinevost.com/b/6875 - can be imported by extracting the osz and putting contents in Songs folder and then it requires to update to latest version after importing.
https://osu-ppy-sh.cinevost.com/b/4702 - imports only some Normal difficulty yes, the osz is corrupt.

There are more examples than just that. This is from the retired beatmap error thread. Some of them are because of copyright issues. The older versions are the problems maps.
