I liked the pre-moderation Corne wayyy more than current Corne.
Lowkey did not fw Ymir (and most of gen 9) when gen 9 started but I would definitely fuck him now.

I agree with all of these, in of moderation it feels painfully inconsistent and childish at times an in to OT music they value the "aesthetic" rather than anything which leds to painfully bland songs

throwing my own opinions, I feel a lot of the linux love can feel not very genuine in addition to it being kinda annoying, like, you're a person that likes just messing with their computer and different versions of linux and whatever, in many ways, distro hopping and experimentating are a hobby by itself, don't try to sell it to me as an objectively better product that i'm stupid for not using, and specially don't derail every thread into linux, feels like bad manners

also in of poly I just never know if they're baiting me or they're being genuine because a lot of things they say specially in the discord feels kinda weird

i feel like some of it is just plain bias, the fact that vexbolts is mostly known for tiktok stuff is definitely what turns off 97% of OT away from the threads i make dedicated to him. if i were posting clips from idk lets say azumanga daioh you would see 2x the activity and shit. if i were posting vtuber clips same story would go. i'm not frustrated by all the hate though, if anything i kind of like pissing people off using vexbolts and unemployed humour. if vexbolts glaze ends up becoming apart of my identity here on OT hell yea

Most of them are high effort, but what makes a thread good is subjective. That thread that was a Google image search competition was a high-effort one, and I like it (or its concept), but I can't consider it a good thread because there's only one post (mine), maybe because it gave the impression that it was too difficult to start. I also don't see the random anime girls thread as good, because there's nothing special about it, but it keeps some people "entertained", and that's what matters.

Speaking of manga, you should switch to 4koma sometimes to regain motivation. It's easy to make, which results in more posts in between normal chapter releases. You also immediately see the results of your work without serious time commitment. Win-win.
