The ranked mapset (beatmapsets/2287992#osu/4881796) uses an mp3 that is slightly different from the one in the template (one of the spoken parts is slightly different).
The official youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gQhW1RE_WWY) also uses the same audio currently used in the mapset.

(Yes I know its only a minor detail, just posting it here in case anyone wants to make a beatmap with that version)

I think the offset is a little off, current 880 makes second note on 1/3 but later ones are just off.
I find 885 or 887 more accurate, everything land on 1/4, this guy beatmapsets/1119681#osu/2561568 also use 885, 887 feels more lenient for some late piano notes.
