you make it yourself and then play it

there's like 5,000+ tutorials on making osu! beatmaps, i'm sure you'll get it

Donate money to a mapper so that he makes a beatmap of the song of your choice

make it yourself or get someone else to do it for you

I saw some diffusion thing a while back that tried to generate charts by analyzing the audio and I was able to break it with song choice
