not the career ending kind of hand pain like rsi or tendonitis just the pisiform of my wrist is sore from resting and pivoting on it too much and the side of my index finger where the nail meets is red and tender due to holding the pen a little too firm I guess, anyway 2 intense osu! sessions in 2 days within a 3 day time span was apparently too much and it's already been more than 2 nights since then and I feel mostly healed but not completely it seems like if I crank out 300+ plays today I will put myself almost back at square 1.

well this is the kind of pain that doesn't really have long term implications, these areas will toughen up at least.

yea i just poked it with a pencil and my pain went away.

When I have those hand pains, I usually get a knife and massage it.

Cut off your hands to prevent future hand pains

Just unequip your hands and repair them at a blacksmith. The fees don't tend to be too high so you should be fine.
