BAT remain exactly as they did before the restructuring - they retain their mod privileges as well as being able to rank maps.

if the BAT management options aren't available to them, then yeah, GMT's can't bubble/rank now. guess they solely focus on forum moderation. 1 or 2 might be able to depending on any extra powers they get. but for now, just assume that they can't.

BAT fits him better than imo, from what I've seen his mods are quite impressive and well conceived

Loctav did not go through the MAT/BAT process. He got instantly a bit after #taiko was created and was able to rank maps.

Loctav is a decent BAT IMO. There are worse BATs than Loctav. Maybe I'm biased, because he keeps things professional, and is level-headed.

Baseless complaints are baseless. If you can't back your argument up with evidence or at least a clearly thought out report, then your complaint is not worth an 's time.
