Maybe I need to ask this question more often, who knows ;p.

I'd love to see some new features from the feature requests forum, but I think bug fixes and osz2 should take priority.

Personnally, I'd like it if there were less cheaters, but also less multi-s. For the cheaters part, most have been taken care of (except in Taiko and CtB, I keep hearing people complaining about that), but there's no control over multi-s at all.

Keep in mind that the "new features" option means osz2, because that is a pre-req. I just didn't say "osz2" because of the confusion it will cause.

I'll be sad if I'm the only one to choose the last option ^^;

I'd love to see some in-game feature updates (like, the new invite thing is great, keep it coming (I was thinking: what if you spectate someone, and when that person spectates someone as well, instead of playing, you will automatically spectate that other someone? As if you "follow spectate" someone, or a special option for that) and new design

people shouldn't be mad about osz2, any development is good development imo and if its really that bad or good when it's here, we can always talk about it~

because:
New osu! features! : They will come eventually and I like osu! how it is right now :3 I mean new features are always great but there is nothing special i really wanna see now.( Maybe those multiplayer power ups we never heard of again

More bugfixes!: I haven't seen any in a while and since you removed this bug with approved maps in ranked sets there is nothing anymore i noticed

More time banning and stopping cheaters!: I know there are many people with multi acc. and FL cheaters in CtB and/or Taiko but they get banned fast if you spot them soo i would say no to this option ^^.

More events! Competitions and tournaments!: The only tournaments i do are the Charts (if you call that competition or tournament), because i am not that much interested in those. I'm not skilled enough yet :3

osu! is always getting better so i don't quit.

As a mapper and a person who spends a lot of time inside the community, I'd say being active in the community wouldn't hurt. I you often calling it immature and while I agree, I think the community is in fact pretty good. In fact, when I talk about the community I'm more refering to people who come here on a regular basis and enjoy discussing stuff or everything that is not #osu, quite frankly. Finishing the NewRules would be really appreciated too, as I tend to have noticed that pretty much everything can get (and gets) ranked this day and I feel like there are no standards anymore. I personnally think it's a bad thing due to the snowball effects it gets: as the maps get progressively harder, certain mappers try and by the rules more. That's something that would need to be fixed IMO as the maps are the core of the game; without them, there's no game to speak of.

Obviously I trust you, but I kinda wanted to vote for something that kinda feels overlooked IMO.

I'd say New osu! features! & More bugfixes!, but I can't select two of them..

Also, it's always cool to have a new update with something tasty, even if the update is small :p

The only specific thing I would really like to see is an osu!direct update, as it is quite outdated compared to the site's beatmap search, but overall I'm sure you know how you should prioritize your time best.

Going for new features. I've been getting really bored with osu! for a while now and I really miss new surprising stuff you added to the game back in the day. But that is my personal experience, I'm sure the majority of the players thinks otherwise, I mean... I've been playing this for over 3 years now so yeah lol

Probably you should have a guy for tournaments and rules, and keep the other things to you, also you can ban the OBVIOUSLY cheat and multi guys, like this -link deleted-

I'm a bit torn between new features and getting more involved with the community. It's good and all to be the codeman, but taking part in some of the micromanaging work would be useful too so you don't get out of touch. (The fact that you made this topic at all points to getting more involved already!)

Oh dear, this feels almost like a trap to me.

I chose the last option, simply because I know a bit about what you'd like to change and I'd agree. Overhauling the rules and guidelines in order to make them more stringent would add polish to people's maps and features such as holds would always be nice. Of course, there's osz2 as well and test build features which work and would presumably be just about ready for the public build. All of those changes to the editor are exactly what I want as a mapper.

ban dem cheaters. you have 2 other game modes around, stop ignoring them.

EDIT: Okay, I'll just say to add new category: "TAG-Approved" on beatmaps, with "nuke" icon. I bet people have been complaining about the accuracy drops for playing TAG beatmaps (especially for someone who prefers 100% Accuracy on their profile like me), right?

EDIT2: Someone suggested on new scoreboard stuff, and what popped out in my mind is a scoreboard filter where it'll list players who used specific mods and/or ignoring the mod usage. Both of which can be sorted by either Score or Accuracy. Just some wishful thoughts...

Despite I already requested something, it would be a good idea if you add a new category of maps. A category wich makes the online records available in some maps, though they relatively do not respect the guidelines that much but are well done in general or very hard. We all love to see good players doing crazy things and a lot of times no-rules following stuff.

EDIT: A kind of category wich could be between Nuke and Approved.

More with the community: i feel like it´s left-out, i think iy needs a little polish = the forum.

And new features wouldn't be bad.

And a policy anti- racism and that; sounds dificult, we can't know very well the sense given to the post (he could be joking).
But also is something to consider.

Agreed, the community is pretty neglected but then you try managing a community of 500k+ active s.

New features would be sexy as I haven't seen anything new ingame since testbuild.

Anti-racism, yeah it's very difficult because we can't control what people are going to say, but there are wordfilters built ingame to stop the obvious things like "n**ger" or the other obvious ones, other than that, we have positive racisim, see: http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/M ... rimination
