also anyways. 3 of the screenshot only focused in te spinner. consider changing the first 2 spinner screenshots to other point of interest (since the 3rd spinner screenshot is already enough), like mod selection, song selection, ranking , etc, etc.
...that is... IF the other part already skinned (i haven't ed the skin yet due to crappy internet )

I managed to find the file and I went to the 7-Zip website but it said it only works on windows and i use a mac. Any other way I can this map and import it into osu?

For some reason, I try to + put into the Skin folder, but it doesn't work :/

When I enter osu! and select the skin, it just switches to the default skin. Anyone know why?

This skin was first ed somewhere around 7 years ago, so it s a far older, older version of osu!, so it's going to be really difficult to see it updated for today's standards, if even an existing version exists now. That is, the creator may not even be active anymore.

Perhaps look for another skin that you like, and if you want Naruto elements, you can manually insert them yourself ~
