The title is pretty much self-explanatory.

1. Make sure you have "Show Ticker" option on
2. In main menu, click Play > Multi, then return back without closing #lobby

It's been like this ever since I started playing osu!

this isn't intentional behaviour and symptomatic of another bug that causes a similar effect, will investigate
